Flasche (375 ml). - Tiefrot mit hellviolettem Schaum. Köstlich fruchtige Johannisbeer-Nase. Im Geschmack dominieren süßsaure Johannisbeeren und eine leicht holzige Schärfe, unterstützt durch prickelnde Rezenz. Im Abgang noch mehr Lambic-Herbe. Sehr trocken, weinig, adstringierend; recht harsch aber nicht bitter. - Durchaus lecker, wenngleich kein Bier im strengen Sinn.

This one turned out to be a nice surprise. Pours with a deep purple color, clear, and a wine head, about a finger or two of it. The fruity aroma immediately tells you there’s some black currant here, plus there’s also a slightly wine smell present. The taste is very sour, not acid like, but it really tastes like black currant. The finish is towards the sweet side, perfectly completing this great beer. Definitely recommend it.

Dark red with pink head that stays for a long time. Intense aroma of berries and sweetness. Taste: some-what typical for Lindemans lambics - sweet and sour, but this one has strong taste of blackcurrant. Lively carbonation. Overall: nice blackcurrant juice.

Bottle at gollem Pours very dark purple , big white head Smell is sweetness , some kind of berrys ( pretty sure thats cassis , than ? ) Low carbo , very sweet , arteficial fruits . Everything stereotypical of a fruitbesr by lindemans is there alright .. Ends pretty dry ( from tge sugar )

Ein Lambic, das mit schwarzen Johannisbeeren eingebraut wurde. Dadurch hat es natürlich einen ordentlichen fruchtigen Geschmack mit passender Säure. Sicher kein Getränk für den einfachen Biertrinker, aber geschmacklich durchaus interessant und nett gestaltet.

Bottle. Nice sweet tart blackcurrant aroma. Cloudy berry red/purple with a large rose head, thick creamy lacing. Slightly musty/funky, woody, sweet tart blackcurrant flavor. Light body, moderate to lively carbonation, dry finish. This went down very nicely after some barn cleaning.
