Bottle. Pours cloudy dark red with stable pink head. Sour, vinous aroma with clear berry notes. Vinous onset, leading to sweetish body enriched by currant notes, finishing very vinous again. A nice fruit La bic.

250 ml bottle, from Voldby Købmandsgård, Denmark. ABV is 3.5%. Dark red colour, moderate pink head. Intense aroma of blackcurrant juice. Intensely sweet and sour flavour, with loads of sweetened blackcurrant juice. A beer to be had with a fruit dessert, perhaps. You really have to be partial to blackcurrants to drink more than one bottle. I know some people like to mix this in a porter. I haven’t tried that, but it might work.

I’m not a fruit-beer lover, but this is really good. Nice deep red colour with violet head, slowly collapsing. Smells real blackcurrant, and taste too, with a good sweet-sour taste. No artificial taste like many others. Really nice.

Dark red purple colour, white head. Aroma of cassia, blackcurrants, red fruits, light citrus. Sweet flavour, blackcurrant, very light sour touch. Sweet bery finish.
Too sweet, but that could be expected. There is a good blackcurrant flavour though, and it’s more enjoyable than a lot of softdrinks. Overall I actually like it more than I thought I would.
