From tap at Het Klooster, Delft. Aroma is sweet roasted malt, lots of dark chocolate, mocha, caramel fudge, coffee, chocolate brownies, and a little alcohol. Flavour is quite sweet with a roasty bitterness. Body is full. Heavy and sticky dessert Porter, on the sweet side with a hint of booze. Good!

Bottle 33 cl. ours an opaque black with a tiny, beige head. Ashy nose, a little manure and smoke. Rich, sweet black roast with distinct coffee accents - rather bitter bordering astringent from the dark roast coffee. Carbonation to the low side. A bit rough. 090119

On tap at Churchkey, pours a dark, cola brown with a ring of brown head. Nose has chocolate syrup, malt, molasses, brown sugar, raisin. Flavor is sweet, brown sugar, molasses, chocolate syrup, raisin, date, bread, pain chocolat. Finishes sticky but not overly sweet.

Tap at Foeders. Clear very dark brown with dark beige head. Nuts, dark chocolate, toffee, caramel, mocca indeed! Some roast and cocoa. Over medium sweet and bitter. Over medium bodied. Nice.

Tap at foeders. Black with tan head. Sweet deep roasted chocolate malts. Cocoa powder and blueberries. Moderate sweet and bitter. Full body and soft carbonation. Nice.

At foeders. Aroma of mocha, milk chocolate, licorice and roast. Taste of mocha, milk chocolate, bitter licorice, caramelised roasted malt and a mocha finish. Soft mouthfeel. Nice.

Dark brown color, almost black with a light biege head that quickly dissapears. Aroma has notes of roasted malts with a high presence of coffee vean notes. Flavor is light bittery, roasty, licorice and coffee highly present, black choclate and dark ripe fruit as well. Smoothy final with mild bitterness.
