This triple has been enriched with a hint of cloves, which gives this beer its sweet and spicy character. It feels well-rounded and velvety smooth in the mouth, and provides a long finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with an off-white head. Yeasty nose with an odd spiciness. Medium body, sweet - tropical - fruitiness again with an odd spiciness, cloves? ends yeasty astringent. A bit of a mess really. 260911

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of spices, yeast, pepper, cardemomme, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of spices, cardemomme, pepper, malt, yeast, and other spices, leading to a dry spicy finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

33 cl bottle @ home. Amber color, with no head at all, but enough CO2. Aromaβs of sweet spices (speculaas/cinnamon/clove), sweetbread. Sweet flavor full of spices. Medium bodied. Way too sweet for a triple and those spices donβt fit either. Not my cup of tea.

Beer tasting at the brewery 8/7/2011 Thick white head which clears quickly. Amber pour. Interesting aftertaste. The brewer uses cloves (kruidnagel) in this beer

33cl Bottle bought from the brewer. Slighlty hazy golden orange colour, dense white head. Aroma of spice, mostly a lot of cloves, light citrus, malts. Flavour is sweet, spicy, nutmeg and cloves, light citrus bitter finish with some sweetness. Medium bodied, lively carbonation. Enjoyable, different, but only nice if you really like clove.

Bottle from the beer shop near Zonnestein metro. Cloudy brown beer with a tiny cream coloured head. Banana sweet nose! Smooth semi dry palate. Sweet malt and banana in even amounts. Cinnamon and cloves bring up the rear. A little creamy malt in the finish. Interesting beer! This brewer sure likes spice or spicy flavours at least!
