It’s so great that you like coffee. I just love that about you. Speaking of which, you’re holding an oatmeal coffee stout positively redolent with coffee aroma and flavor. It kind of tastes like a chocolate-covered espresso bean, only drier and more like beer. Nifty fact: we’re one of the only breweries in the world to roast our own coffee, which allows us to be extremely persnickety about which beans we buy and how we roast them. Taste the persnicketiness!

16 oz can purchased at Harry’s Liquors in Leawood, Kansas. Canned 4 25 19. The pour is black brown with a bit of ruby and a khaki head. The aroma is roast coffee, char along with some pine and mineral. The taste is nice clean coffee flavor, char roast, bright pine bitter dryness to back. Hint of toffee malt. The palate is medium bodied with active carbonation and the dry pine mineral finish. Nice coffee stout.

Can, from Beer Run. Pours clear dark brown with faint ruby highlights, very small frothy beige head, coffee aroma, high carbonation, bitter roasted malt-coffee taste, smooth thin body, long bitter finish. A bit thin in mouthfeel, nothing special but quite clean.

16 ounce can. Translucent cola brown color. Finger high tight foamy tan head. Sweet roasted malt nose is redolent of freshly ground coffee. Flavor mirrors the nose with added notes of chocolate and black pepper. Great flavor and balance throughout. Medium bodied and complex. Outstanding!
