Keg at Waterloo Tap. Nil aroma. Hazy toffee brown. Creamy translucent white head. Low key sweetness with a slightly sour edge. Some pitches of spice. Kinda woody. Underlying malts. Medium bodied. Thin. Soft-average carbonation. Abrupt finish. Overly polite. Slips down but nondescript.

Bottle at The Old Red Cow, London. Poured clear amber colour with a medium off white head. Aroma is malty, light caramel, lightly toasted, mild hop. Medium+ sweetness, light bitterness. Light body, incredibly fizzy (gave me hiccoughs, never had a beer do that before!!).

Aroma is moderate malty, hay, sweet malt, pale malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, hay, sugar. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
