The London Alt Beer is a original Dusseldorf-style "old" ale. It is full-bodied, aromatic, and refreshing. While the sweet malt character dominates this traditional style, carefully selected Spalt hops provide floral aroma to give it balance and roundness.

Bottle sampled at Borefts ’15. Pours hazy orange with barely any head. Aroma of light fruits, herbal notes, light caramel and malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled from bottle. Clear rusty orange color, virtually no head. Smell and taste s bit sweetish, lightly metallic, lightly bitter in the finish. Malt bitter finish with a slight sweet touch.

330ml bottle. Clear, copper-ish faint chestnut colour with small to average, creamy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Soapy hoppy aroma, minimally nuttily malty background, cautious doughy yeasty overtones. Taste is dry, soapy hoppy, hints of bitter fruit parings, minimally nuttily malty background, very subtle sweetness, diluted toffee, a touch of red berries. Total mess.

Thank you Theydon_Bois! 330 ml. bottle sampled @ Borefts 2015. Day 2. Deep amber, little head. Nose is oily, lightly oxidized, bland sweet nuts. Taste is nutty, oily, dull sugar, lightly oxidized. Body is dull, feels oxidized. Boring at best, didn’t care at all for it.

Bottle that i dragged to BBF 7, Bodegraven, 26/09/15. Lightly hazed dark golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is soapy, malt, grassy, light fruits. Taste comprises toffee, bitter fruit, malt load. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Simple but ok.

Trübes orangegoldenes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr hopfig, Karamell, nussig. Geschmack süß malzig, Karamell, nussig, leicht hopfig.
