This bottle was a long time in my cellar, deciding to try it yesterday for the dinner with a so sunny weather. An almost perfect imperial stout, so smooth, subtle touch of vanilla, bourbon, roasty, syrupy, alcool well hiden, note of chocolate, my god!!!!! 04.10.23

THT July. Bottle shared by mariuspoenari, thanks! Pours black/thin tan head. Big vanilla bourbon notes, caramel, roasted malts. Over medium sweet, light bitter. Medium body, low carb.
