Bottle at home. Aroma is nicely chewy grainy malt, spicy yeast, citrus, bit floral. Flavour is above moderate sweet and light bitter. Body is medium. A Belgian Blond style beer with a good spelt malt backbone. Enjoyable.

Bottle. Blonde, hazy. Grainy citric aroma. Grainy flavor with a herbal bitterness. Hint of vanilla. Drinkable

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L’s place. Thanks kerenmk. Hazy yellow-golden with a big white head. Yeast, graininess, spiciness, some fruity esters, sweetish, bitterish finish. Medium-bodied, lively carbonation. Not really my thing.

330ml bottle from trade with Benzai. Pours a misty gold with overly large white head. Aroma presents lightly sweet, floral notes. Taste is smooth sweet yeast, light honey, grains. Quite malt-forward with a leaning towards an underlying saison yeast character.

Hazy pale blond with massive foaming head. Aroma is quite fresh and zesty. Flavour starts that way too but becomes a bit grassy and has hints of sweet vegetables.

Bottle at home. Poors slightly hazy straw with immense white head. Sweet malts, light sour grain, dried grain skins, dough, old grass, bit milky. Over medium sweet, light bitter. Medium body, soft creamy feel, soft to average carbonation. --- Beer merged from original tick of Spelt Blond on 19 Dec 2017 at 10:57 - Score: 6. Original review text: 3.2

Careful, gusher. Nice and dry blonde, fair amount of carbonation, some spice, hoppyness and grainyness. Solid. A relief that it's not sweet.
