Sampled at Tap Zuid, Amsterdam. Brown muddy water color, virtually no head. Smell and taste malts, brown candy sugar, caramel-ish, lightly raisins, sweet and lightly a hint of dark fruit bitter in the finish.

On tap at Tap Zuid. Murky brown colour, beige head. Aroma of sweet and spicy yeasty Dutch bock. Flavour follows, plastic yeasty finish. Very meh, Pampus can do much better. Light bodied.

Not too big a bockbier fan anymore, but this is already the second one this season... 33 cl bottle @ home, label mentions both 7.5% and 6.8%. Clear dark brown color. Beige head that quickly disappears, but my glass might have been not so clean. Aroma’s: red fruit, light plastic, caramel sweetness, light boozy.. Retronasal there’s toffee sweetness, banana, light plastic, light wood, light booze/cognac (it’s really not more than a hint, and if I hadn’t known...). Flavor is moderate to full sweet, caramel, light alcohol. Medium bodied. Short finish, not much flavor remaining.
