Nagy, tartós, hófehér hab, borostyán szín. Fanyar, gabonás, istállós illat. Enyhén savanykás, fanyar, istállós, gabonás, kissé hordós ízvilág. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Nagyon finom.

Bottle at home. Aroma of tart fruits, citrus, lemon, wood, barnyard funk. Flavour is medium sour with a very dry finish. Body is medium, carbonation is rather intense. A mild and pleasant Geuze, enjoyable.

Bottle, 375 ml at Cafe de Kluis. Cloudy golden with medium white head. Funky, some light cellar notes, medium sourness, some fruit, some metallic notes for a moment.

Bottle 37.5cl. corked and caged from my 'cellar' bought October 2014 bbd 11/7/2034, @home poured into a tumbler. Clear and shiny deep amber colour, small frothy white head, mostly diminishing, some lacing. Aroma brett, vinegar, green apples, barnyard, light wood. Smooth taste, medium sour and slightly sweet, also some light bitter notes, brett, green apples, sour grapes, woody notes. Medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation, smooth and fresh sweet and sour aftertaste, light woody notes, very accessible, very good.
