Slightly hazy orange color, short head. Tart gueuze aroma, delicate tart gueuze taste. Not as harsh as a Cantillon, but also not as soft as a Hanssens. Nice gueuze.

Clearly amber body. Off-white frothy head. Good lace. Horse-blanket and apples in the aroma. Moderately acidic initial flavour. Lightly acidic, lightly bitter finish.

An unclear orange beer with a lacing head. The aroma is of lemon with sour notes from the wild fermentation. The flavor is of lemon, acid, and sourness. The body is thin.

Dark straw, clear; slim ring of foam. Lemon nose, bit lactic acid, whiff of Brett. Fruity acids, lemon, pineapple, bit of roasted malts (?!) in the taste. Light, slighty sticky (not artificial sweet) mouthfeel. Obvious, but not overdone sourish aftertaste. It's a good gueuze, no doubt. It's NOT the Moriau gueuze from grandpa Moriau - I would not have asked that much - but I still think Frank might have done more 'Mariage Parfait', for what once was the secret of the best gueuzedrinkers.
