(Bottle 37,5 cl) Beautiful, clear, amber golden with a dense, almost creamy, off-white head. Distinct notes of Brett, horse blanket and very woody touches. Medium-bodied, very distinct notes of wood - almost bourbon-like. Wood, vanilla and Brett. A beautifully balanced Gueuze. Lovely. 090507

[Bottled at Akkurat, Stockholm] Hazy deep golden, lively head. Citric lemony barnyrad aroma. Has soem malt sweetness, plenty of horse blanket and rounded mouthfeel that is eased of by spritzy carbonation and freshening acidity. Solid gueuze, but not as intense and complex as some of the true masterpieces.

Hazy light amber color. Nice aroma, dry, sour, citrus fruits, grapefruit, old cask; powerful. Very sour, dry taste, astringent, no compromise. Bitter. Aggressive.
