Bottle shared from Simply. Clear golden with fizzy white head that lasts a few minutes. Very musty apple skins, dried apple, dry cellar notes, hay, soft minerals, more dusty herbal notes. Not that fruity, more dusty actually. Very dry, no sweetness.

Bottle at SISGA 2015. Rather sweet, full bodied and full apple character cidre. Very easy drinking. Very good.

75 cl bottle. Pours clear golden yellow, small white head. Aroma is mild sulphorish and crisp apples. Juicy apples, dry sulphorish. Somewhat one dimensional, no depth beyond the sulphorish notes. 75cl bottle from backstage at Le Point Ephemere, Paris. Assumed this was some cheap Monoprix cidre but wasn’t that bad at all. Pours a deep gold with bright, fruity overripe apples and a pastry aftertaste. An enjoyable French cider.

2,65€ for 75cl @ Cora. Very fresh apply aroma. The cider starts fruity apply, slightly sweet-sour, a bit tart. Typical cider-apple notes, but a could be a bit more intense. The aftertaste is medium to long, nicely tart and not too dry. --> nice easy to drink and slightly tart and cider-apple typical cider! --> 12/11/12/12

Bottle, clear dark gold colour, lively carbonation, clean apple aroma and flavour ,light pleasant balancing sweetness. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples, toffee notes, light woody. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, tart apple, sweet apples.
