Bottled. Orangeish golden colour with a small quickly vanishing head. Aroma is apple jam, some mild toffee, yeast and mild earthy tones. Flavour is somewhat tart apples, ripe apples and mild mineralic, yeasty and a bit toffeeish tones too. Smooth and not that carbonated. Smooth one!

Clear blond colour, no foam. Sweet apple juice, light tartness. Rather sweet cider, not very complex.

75 cl from Alko in Helsinki as Cuvee Speciale. Pretty deep golden color with lace and bubbles. Apple, skin, tannins in the nose. Plus a bit of butteriness. Tart, sweet apple flavor, nicely tannic. Prickly, tannic finish. Good.

Dark golden colour with no head. Aroma and flavour have some cork and woody dryness. Quite earthy. Light apple sweetness but overall it's nicely on the dry side.

Bottle shared at home. Orange with no head, nice bubbles. Dry apples, sweet apples, light mold and quite some woodiness and dry tannins. Quite sweet. Light body and strong carbonation.

Bottle. Golden colour, hazy, minimal head. Aroma of sour and sweet apples. Not very dry, slightly sweet, slightly sour. Medium carbonation. One of best ciders I have tried.

750ml bottle from Vival, Bidart. Pours clear yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of sweet apple. Faint dry, tangy note. Almost orange peel, but not quite. Taste is dry, ripe apples and straw. Dry finish. Best cidre so far!
