Brewed according to old Bavarian tradition, this wheat beer delights with its fruity note, which evokes subtle memories of pineapple. This exotic and at the same time yeast-floral taste spreads fruity on the palate and increases to a pleasantly bitter finish.

Pours hazy golden with a big, foamy, white head. The aroma contains banana, dough, citrus, spices, caramel and vanilla. It tastes medium fruity sweet and light spicy bitter; sweetish, wheaty and grainy finish. Light to medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. A decent Hefeweizen which goes well with German food.

(bottle) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Yeasty, moderately wheat-malty aroma with notes of banana, delicately grainy spots and shades of vanilla and cloves. Mildly sweet and delicately sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Moderately wheaty, banana-fruity and yeast-spicy taste with traces of vanilla and toffee; sweet and delicately sour-fruity finish with hints of vanilla and a whiff of cloves in the aftertaste. A classical modern Hefeweizen, nothing special. 27.V.15

Aburre.
