The Triple Impériale is a beer with a nice light brown colour, a good retention and a fine carbonation. She has complex aroma of malt, sugarcandy and dried fruits. When you savour it, you can taste dark fruits flavour and a pleasant fresh finish that's remaining on the mouth. In spite of the 10°, the Triple Impériale is a very drinkable beer thanks to her nice balance.

Bottle from Drinks Vanuxeem, Ploegsteert, Belgium. Pours a very deep amber colour with a thin off-white head. Aromas of dry dark fruits, caramel and brown bread. Taste has a lot more of the dry dark fruits, more caramel and brown bread and some molasses and marzipan on a rich but also sticky sweet finish. Warming alcohol coming through. Medium to full body with average carbonation. Not really my type of beer if I’m honest it’s too cloyingly sweet for me personally.

Reddish brown. Aroma is dried fruit figs dates and raisin some spices like cloves deep malty caramel. Complex. Taste is heavy malty caramel and dried fruit with light sour grape/raisin and some bitter base. Some abv is felt. Long finish of basically dried fruit. Quite a banger.

Bevuta in bottiglia. Ottima birra scura molto corposa. Leggero dolce finale non fastidioso.

bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma beige fine persistente, color ambrato carico velato, al naso malto tostato zucchero di canna spezie frutti rossi Marsala acido, in bocca malto caramello frutta matura solvente, acidula, corpo leggero, carbonazione moderata, alcool non bilanciato, amaro accentuato. Mah…. c’è qualcosa che non va. Difettosa? Non all’altezza di Abbaye des Rocs. c. Cantina della Birra 26.02.2021

33cl bottle from Hopt, France. Pours brown, with fine beige foam. Aroma is malty, nutty, fruity. Body is thick, with a nice carbonation. Taste is medium-high sweet, though with some final bitterness. Final is pleasant and malty.

Large foamy tan head stayed on a murky brown body. Huge aroma of malts, dried fruits & chocolate. Medium bodied, tingly on the front with a smoother back & clean aft. Chocolate, dried fruits, sweet jam & malt tastes with tangy lightly hopped finish. Very tasty.

Mörkt bärnstensfärgad vätska med flödande skum. Kakig, brödig doft parad med torkade druvor. Eldig munkänsla. Medelstor maltkropp med lite russin i smaken.
