Strong, boozy, malty, a bit roasty, lots of oak barrel. Sweet with a dry finish. Accurate name.

Can at home. Opaque black color, firm, full dense beige head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma and flavor are malts, soft roast initially but then after a few sips it becomes more prominent and eventually it takes over the beer completely. Malts, roasted malts, roasted malt bitterness. Can't say I get any barrel tbh. Solid stout but that's all imo.
Canned 03/25. Apparently a blend of oatmeal stout and barleywine on JD barrels? It sure is a heavy one. Lots of barrel, very boozy. The flavours all get a bit muddled together, though, missing some real identity. Very tasty nonetheless.
