2/II/13 - on tap (cask) @ Brugs Bierfestival 2013 (2013-114)

Little cloudy light orange beer, no head. Aroma: bit cheesy, citrus, sourish, some yoghurt, bit metallic. MF: no carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of citric acidity (like Napoleon candy http://www.candyblog.net/blog/item/napoleon_bonbon/), vinegar, lemony, little fruity. Aftertaste: sourish, lemony, peppery, bit fruity, typical bretta flavours, bit metallic.

Gravity @ 20th Weekend of Spontaneous Fermenation, Tapperij Beukenhof, Broekstraat 18, Buggenhout, Belgium.Unclear medium yellow colour with virtually none head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate to light heavy citrus - soured milk, moderate earthy. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20110528]

Tap at the 20th Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation. It pours very cloudy straw yellow, with no head or carbonation. The nose is farmyard, tart lemon and wheat. The taste is sweet apple, tart lemon, Granny Smith apple, grapefruit, lemonade and limeade, with a light acidic finish.

Draft at the source, billed as a jonge lambic. Cloudy yellow, fluffy white head. Aroma of lemon peel. taste starts slightly sweet, then very subtle and soft sourness enters. Nice.

Creamy off-white head, mostly diminishing. Lightly sweet, lightly acidic initial flavour. Moderately sweet, lightly acidic finish. Lively mouthfeel.
