A taster shared with Ryan and Phill. Appearance: purple-ish copper with a rose head. Aroma: cherries with stones, some funk. Taste: same, pretty nice cherries in here. Overall: good one.

Poured from the tap. Clear red with minimal white head. Lightly sour cherry juice essentially. Enjoyable.

Tap at Akkurat. Deep red with no head. Sour cherries, some marzipan and that's about it. Slight tartness. Nice!

Bag in box @Luppolo Station (Rome). Color ciliegia, abbastanza limpido, schiuma leggerissima a bolle grossolane. Al naso tanto succo di ciliegia, sciroppo d'amarena. In bocca è dolce, ciliegioso, acidità quasi nulla, appena un filo tart. Gradevole.

Gravity bag @Le Fleur en Papier Dore in Brussels. Deep dark bloody pour no foam whatsoever. Nose: macerated sour cherries and stable. Crazy. Mouth: flat easy going lambic with a cherry pinch and a moderate tartness (quite hidden).
