Bottle from the dregs run. Cheers Stuu! Pours black with a thin tan head. Aromas of coconut, chocolate, liquorice. Taste is boozy, vanilla and chocolate. Dry finish.

Big light brown fizzy-creamy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish roasted, oak, bourbon, grass, dark malts, minerals, chocolate, sour coffee, toast, hay, dark sugar, fruit stones, vanilla, hints of banana and dusty cellar. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish boozy, oak, bourbon, dark malts, dark sugar, grass, chocolate, salty caramel, toast, sour coffee, vanilla, minerals, licorice. Medium bitterness, slightly dry boozy mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Flaske 33cl delt med DjOeye på Hamna&Bier. Aroma kaffe, tranebær, gjær, vanilje, Utseende sort med brunt skum. Smak Tranebær, lakris, sjokolade, røsted malt, bourbon. En veldig god øl med smak av Bourbon og litt bær.

Bottle 0.33l at home, Nivala. Colour is dark brown with small head. Aromas and flavours: Chocolate, dark chocolate, vanilla, some bourbon and roasted malts. Pretty nice.

Smell of coffee, tar, licorice, oak. Black colour, small dark brown head. Aroma of oak, bourbon, tar, licorice, coffee, some vanilla in finish. Slick texture, semi-soft palate. Very bitter, also medium sweet. A great imperial stout.

Opaque color, small beige head. Aroma has bourbon, ash and oak. Medium-bodied. Bourbon-vanilla, roasted maltyness, some milky notes, a bit sticky finish. Somewhat warming but boozy feeling. Otherwise nicely sippable. Ok although straightforward. Pyynikki has brewed some more interesting imperial stouts before.
