Kolor ciemno brązowy, rubinowy, klarowny. Piana beżowa, wysoka, trwała. Piana zbudowana jest z drobnych pęcherzyków, intensywnie oblepia szklankę.
Aromat jest dość intensywny, jest słodowy, chlebowy, lekko palony, karmelowy, z mocną nutą, ciemnych, smażonych owoców (śliwki). W tle delikatne akcenty ziemiste. Jest spójny, zachęca do spróbowania tego piwa.
Smak umiarkowanie słodki, owoco wy (dżem) z delikatną, paloną goryczką na finiszu.
Wysycenie średnie. Ciało średnie w górę. Tekstura gładka. Posmak średnio długi, wytrawny.

300ml bottle. Clear, dark ruby colour with small to average, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Slightly sugary, dark and caramel malty aroma, hints of malt lozenge, caramel, a weak nutty touch, weak fruity overtones with a touch of cherry as well. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally sugary, caramel and dark malty, hints of malt lozenge, caramel, a touch of rock sugar, weak fruity hints of cherry, mildly bitter, hoppy counterpart with a minimally metallic touch, weak toffee undertones.
Watery texture, smooth, simultaneously slightly dry and minimally repellent palate, fine, dense, prickly carbonation.
Rather sugary, nice cherry effect - OK.

Backlog October 2009 as Sylvester. Clear amber body under a dense, creamy beige head. Aroma feels sweet with malt, caramel and alcohol. Taste is sweet and malty, caramel and distinct alcohol. Medium body and same aftertaste. Sweet, boozy and alcoholic, unbalanced but not undrinkable.
