Tap. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is grassy, elderflower not so much, earthy, herbal. Taste is grainy, bready, grassy, milky. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Good!

Draft L’Ermitage. Very hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of elderflower, green weeds and yeast. Flavour is light moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at the brewpub. Hazy light yellow with big white head. Quite some wheat, soft citrus, a bit of elderflower, soft spicy yeast, lots of fresh pears, light soap. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with creamy feel. Really like this! Lovely.
