Cask @ Chelmsford Winter Beer festival. Pours yellow with an offwhite head. Aroma of apples, sweet and light tart, red apples. Flavor is sweet, apples, red apples. Thin to medium body, soft carbonation, sweet finish. 160217

Cask @ Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich fruity apples, little acid, some sulphur and has a nice light sour finish. Nice and fresh.

Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples, sugary, fruity. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average duration, sweet apple, sugary apples, fruity, candyfloss. Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - salmon pink. Light carbonation. Nose - sweet apple almost peachy. Taste - more of the same. Palate - light to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - solid.

From a polypin at the Nailsea and Backwell beer and cider festival, 16/7/2016. Blushed gold in colour and hazy with a touch of carbonation. Pleasant medium cider, with some juicy fruit, touch of oakiness and a lingering semi-bittersweet finish. Good.
