Our golden girl is a medium fruity cider with a gorgeous delicate hue. Made using 100% cider apples, from our very own Herefordshire farm, Lily has an intense fruity nose and is gently sweet on the palate. Lily's subtle balance of fresh cider apples, candy apple sweetness and light body makes for a very easy drinking and quaffable cider

500 ml clear bottle, as Abrahalls Lily the Pink Cider Medium and Very Fruity, from Bris Ølutsalg, Jørpeland. ABV is 4.5%.Very pale yellow colour, no pink as far as I can see, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Nice aroma of cider apples, a hint of sulphites. The flavour is medium sweet and refreshing, good apple character. Easy drinking.

Keg at MS HW, 04/11/17. Golden pour with a reddish glint. Nose is sweet apple, grains, sugars, vanilla. Taste comprises toffee apple, sweet apple pie, light tannins. Medium body, fine carbonation, light drying close. OK cider if a touch sweet.

Hazed pinkish color with small bubbly head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a fine carbonation level. Tasted like a mix between a rose wine and a cider. Refreshing with some ice.

Handpull at the Marquis Wellington in Leicester. Sweet and strong cloying candied apple aroma. Taste is similar: full of appleskin tannin notes but otherwise too sweet and without that tangy bite the best ciders have. Finish is drier. OK.
