Tap @ Carnivale Brettanomyces. Blonde. Lemon, floral notes and a hint of tomaten in the aroma. Moderately sour lemony flavor. Just a hint of sweet tomatoes.

Bottle (I think) @ Schuim (Carnivale Brettanomyces 2018). Light hazy golden color. Aroma's: soup, light tomato, light butter. Retronasal: sourish, fruity, buttery. Flavor is sour, fruity. Light bodied. Dry/tart finish.

Tap at t Schuim. Bit hazy golden with small white head. Light veggies, dank funk, lactic, spicy yeast, soft herbs, maybe some tomato? There’s something funny here that I can’t put my finger on. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation.

Brettfest. Schuim. As Chien Bleu Pomodoro. Hazy folden with little white ring head. Sour grain, wheat, floral and tomato plant elderflowery planty notes.
