Bottle (I think) @ Schuim (Carnivale Brettanomyces 2018). Light hazy golden color. Aroma's: soup, light tomato, light butter. Retronasal: sourish, fruity, buttery. Flavor is sour, fruity. Light bodied. Dry/tart finish.

Tap at t Schuim. Bit hazy golden with small white head. Light veggies, dank funk, lactic, spicy yeast, soft herbs, maybe some tomato? There’s something funny here that I can’t put my finger on. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation.
