Tap @ Carnivale Brettanomyces. Soft roast and citrus in the aroma and flavor. Sour, lemony, refreshing. Hint of caramel. Nice.

Bottle (I think) @ Schuim (Carnivale Brettanomyces 2018). Very dark color, not quite black. Beige head. Aroma's: funk, poop, sourish, roast. Retronasal: roast, sour. Flavor is sour, roasty. Light bodied. Long sour, tart finish.

Tap at t Schuim. Murky brown with beige head. Rye, roast, fruity sour berry stuff, Brett, soft red berries. Nice roast and aroma. Very sour and light bitter. Under medium bodied.
