Bottle 50 cl. Clear golden color with very good white head. Aroma: very spicy, clove, chewing gum, wheat bread and malt. Taste: fizzy carbonation, spiced (clove), banana and fruits.

*Old rating, best before 01.04. Fruchtig-süßliches und typisches Kristallweizen. Fruchtige Aromen, weiche Weizennote. Mild-süßlicher und ganz leicht herber Nachgeschmack.

0,5 l bottle. A dark golden in the glass, clear of course and a big white foamy head. Clove, yeast and chewing gum on the nose. Starts more fuity like apple with yeast, followed by a flat cardboard sequence and wheat. Again hints of fruits with banana in the aftertaste. A lot of taste for a Kristall. But still only a Kristall.

500ml Flasche. Ins Glas ergießt sich ein klares goldgelbes Bier, viel CO2, viel Schaum. Geruch hefig, leicht malzig fruchtig. Geschmack hefig, fruchtig, im Abgang leicht würzig.

Kristalweizen op de terugweg in Duitsland aan de Main. Donker geel gouden met witte kraag, aroma van witbier en de rest werd verprutst door het citroenschijfje. Smaken van citrus, typische witbiermouten, kalk, matig zoet Lichte body, matig zoet Jammer van het citroentje verder goed!

Aroma is light to moderate wheat, paper, light to moderate yeasty, banana, clove notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. Bottle, 5.4%. Mild clove aroma. Clear dark golden colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is slightly spicy, there is some clove. The mouthfeel is OK. Grainy finish.

Bottle. Clear golden, white foam. Light grainy nose. Banana more ponounced than in usual Kristall, grainy, light spice. Medium body, ok chewy. Banana and clove retronasal. Pleasant enough.

Bottle: Golden, smaller and quite stable loose white head, visible carbonation; lemons, but also shy traces of nutmeg and wheat in the nose; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, relatively light bodied, slick; mainly lemons and some wheat in the sourish-fruity finish. A well crafted example of this odd style and a good thirst-quencher..........
