500 ml bottle. Clear dark golden with a fluffy head. Stone fruit, elderflower, banana, citrus, cloves, coriander seeds, some apple vinegar and apple peel, barnyard and bit funky. Fruity sweetness, dry fruity mild sourness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry fruity sweet and sour finish. A very drinkable, tasty and refreshing Kristallweizen!

# 3780; 8/2023. As Zwiefalter Klosterbräu Weizen Kristall. Floral, banana, citrus aroma. Brilliant gold body; white head. Malty, clovy, banana, bready. Very good kristallweizen. 0,5 l, bottle, supermarket, Tübingen (Swabia, Germany).

0,5 l bottle. Clear dark golden with an huge more than two finger staedy foamy white head in the glass. Low banana and yeast on the nose. Taste starts also with a shot of banana, some clove, orange in the second part. On a low level. Mid dry grainy bitterness in the aftertaste. Soft carbonation. Okay.

Bottle (thanks Roman). Pours clear golden. Aroma is sweet, banana, wheat. Flavor is sweet, fruity, massive banana, wheat. Finish is sweet banana. Overall: good

Sampled @ my one and only THT 2018. Clear golden color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste wheat, a bit hayish, dusty, cardboard. Low to average body and carbonation. Bleh.

Bottle shared at THT actually July! Clear light golden with white head. Light banana, minerals, soft wheat, light herbs, massive CO2, watery, light malts. Under medium sweet and bitter. Over light bodied with lots of CO2.
