Heller, wenig hefiger Beginn. Dabei süßlich und leicht herb, was sich zum Mittelteil steigert. Geringe Würzigkeit, trocken werdend. Schwacher Nachgeschmack mit trockenen herben Noten, wässrig. 11/8/7/5/7/6

Bottled, from Biershop Baden-Württemberg. Clear pale golden, mid sized head. Fruity banana aroma. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Banana and ripe fruit, some cloves. Low bitterness.

From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow, small white head. Aroma is mild estery and light fruity. Bitter and slight estery. Bitter and dry estery finish.

* Old rating. Thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle. Best before Sep 10. Fruity and not too sweet Kristallweizen. The typical flavours are there, nice and smooth without being too sweet.

500ml Flasche. Ins Glas ergießt sich ein klares goldgelbes Bier, viel CO2, viel Schaum. Geruch hefig, leicht malzig fruchtig. Geschmack hefig, fruchtig, im Abgang leicht würzig.

Pours pale colour body with nice head, aroma is all yeast and fruits mix, taste is a bit sour and salty, yeast and grain.

The bottle looks simple, but good, the beer in the glass very zippy, nice head. Starts very fruity with notes of apricot, modest sweet. Finish very well balanced, a bit sourish aftertaste, still nicely fruity. Very nice!

Bottle 500ml. @ home.Clear medium yellow with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light light malty, wheat, light moderate yeasty, fruity, yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, fruity, banana. Body is medium, texture is watery to creamy, carbonation is soft. [20101106]

bottle. Clear golden yellow with an orange touch, large and very nice head, quite creamy and dense. Medium-bodied, lively carbonation, hints of banana and ananas.
