In my opinion, it is not the best trappist, there is a watery side, missing some carbonation and malt and hop, touch of apricot. 29.09.2016, drinking it at Lausanne Prélaz, in our flat.

Aroma of wheat, fruits, peppery yeast, spicy notes. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a nice moderate bitter finish. Rather well-balanced and tasty Belgian Ale.

330ml bottle pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet bread malts and a great spice. Taste is more of the nice spice yeast a great end. This is probably the best of the bunch.
