This highly drinkable IPA is the favourite style of craft brewers world wide and our favorite too. Big flavor without too much bitterness, we use a basic malt bill combined with extra hops loaded with tropical, citrus and fruity flavor. This complex hop profile is created by the addition of fresh hops at six different stages of the process resulting in a well balanced and flavorful IPA.

Bottle at THT aaaarrrrggghhhhh. Almost clear golden with white head. Some mango, dry malts, lots of CO2, funky hops, dry malts, light creamy wheat. Just mediumsweet and bitter. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation.

Bottle at home in Barbados, 31st March 17. Label states 5% on speaking to the brewer, it’s actually 6.5%. Been looking forward to this one, and it lives up to my hopes, a quality IPA brewed in Barbados, my island is complete! Pours dark amber, little head. Aroma on cracking the bottle is aromatic hops, sweet perfume. Taste is fresh, fruity hops, some citrus, quite dry a little sweetness. Delicious IPA. No need to drink Banks again !
