At a tasting, thanks, medium stable, stiff creamy head, very dark brown color, aroma of coffee, lots of raspberries, some wood behind and a ashy hint, lots of raspberries in flavor with chocolate parlines, salty hint, light sourness and sweetness. Balanced and highly enjoyable.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Thanks Tom L. Dark brown to black. Chocolate, raspberry, yeast, a bit of coffee, sweetish and sourish, bitterish finish, medium-bodied. Pretty nice.

Black with medium brown head. Aroma is raspberry leaves, cocoa, a hint of peas, cream, raspberry. Taste is sour raspberry, some cocoa, lots of dark chocolate and tar, a hint of paprika. A tad watery but still enjoyable and nice.

Bottle. Amazing strong DMS aroma, roast, smoke, chili. Dark brown, brown head. Light acidic body, Chocolate covered framboos and brussel sprots, metallic, sour. Meh.

Bottle. Brown color with beige head. Aroma is cooked peas, dog food, DMS-like. Taste is raspberries, chocolate, cream, a bit tart. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. The aroma is unappealing, but the flavour manages to cover the flaws in the mouth. Meh.

Bottled. Dark brown, rich creamy head. Tart raspberries and chocolate up front. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Well, raspberries and chocolate. Low bitterness. Another de Proef concept beer. Flawless, but sterile.

Bottle from Mitra Bunnik, BB 22/02/20. Dark color, big rocky head. Aroma of dark raspberry and dark bread, together with roast and coffee. Lots of tart raspberry, but also roasty bitterness and dark chocolate. Plenty of flavor, but Im not a big fan of the combination. Raspberry clashes with the dark roasty bread. Not a fan.

Almost black beer, a head is big abd beige. Aroma has roastiness, raspberries, some coffee. Taste has quite strong raspberries, roastiness and coffee, also bitterness. Medium bodied. Not balanced, disappointment.
