Tap at Uiltje Fresh Fest (Session 3). Slightly unclear golden with white head. Sour grain, hay, light prunes or apricot, lemon. Light sweet, moderate bitter and mild sour. Bottle split at L6 tasting, thanks to Fergoose, 21/03/19. Very lightly hazed golden orange with an off white head. Nose is peach, grass, light funk, dusty hop, straw. Taste comprises tangy citric peel, light white peppery spice, mandarin, grass, herb, funky edge. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid well balanced funky saison.

On tap at Cork and Cage Pours gold with thin white head. Sour fruity tones on a nose. Smooth fruity taste. Gently sour. Enjoyable.

Tap @ Erlings. Hazy yellow with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, hop, lemon and funk. Flavour is malt, lemon, funk, medium sweet, funk, citric and medium dry.

Tap @ Erlings, Aarhus. Clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, wood and light barnyard. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 270419

Bottle shared at the Columbus Tasting 21/03/2019. Many thanks A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a fine loos white head. Aroma is nice light tart apple, gooseberry, white grape, hint of musty, light woody bramble. Flavour is composed of light tangy, white grape, brett, musty dry funk, earthy, dry and pithy. Palate is nice tart, crab apple, musty, highish carboantion. Nice.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Fergus. Pours mostly clear gold with a small, frothy white head. Very nice, funky and dry, mellow citric acidity, lemon and melon, pale wood. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Quenching finish, more musty dryness, lemony tartness, nips of grass. Excellent.
