Light haze on this paleish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. A sharpish lemony tartness, never acid. The noble hop is there in the background but pretty much dominated by the tartness. Crisp dry finish. A little too tart and not hoppy enough for me but refreshing nonetheless.

Keg at Hop Locker 3. Funky vinous aroma. Floral hints. Slightly hazy apple juice gold. Translucent white head just clings to the rim. Medium sour. Vinous. Fruit juice. Medium bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Long dry finish, some astringency. Damn drinkable stuff. Satisfying on a hot day.

(Keg at Sori Taproom, 20190611) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had spiciness, grass, fruitiness and lightly tartness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were tartness, fruitiness, spiciness, grass, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart and bitter. Not anything I would consider as a saison but a pleasant beer nevertheless.
