200 ml Bottle shared at home. Pale straw with no head. Sweet apples, pear, light almond, tannins, hint of white wine. Quite sweet and light bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. Klare blass gelbe Farbe, geringe weiße schaumkrone. Geruch nach Pfefferminze, reife Äpfel. Geschmack süß fruchtig Äpfel, Pfefferminze, interessant.

Dumpfer trockener Geruch. Stark karbonisiert, süßlich, gewürzig nach grünem Apfel, Zimt, Pfefferminz, spannend. Sehr süffig. 6/8/9/11/10/11

75 cl bottle. Fresh and extreme floral nose. The cider starts fresh and smooth-sweetish. Lots of floral flowers there, very refreshing with lots of depth and not too much sugars. Long fruity fresh refreshing smooth and not too sweetish fruity aftertaste. Very nice!
