From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Grainy aroma with oak, straw, light honey, very dry. Not sweet at all, expected way more honey. Easy, dry, hint of fruit, lots of wood and bready notes. Okay.

Tap at BeerTemple as Dry Table Mead #4. Unclear white maggot colored with white head. Very light honey, eggwhite, juniper, dry yeastiness. Light sickly cobwebby milkfilmy weirdness to it. Cheekchewing dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Weird drink. --- Beer merged from original tick of The Dry Table Mead on 23 Jun 2019 at 14:24 - Score: 5. Original review text: Yes its quite dry, not much left to taste, it looks dodgy at best, whats the point? Light honey, eggwhite and milkfilm sickliness

On tap at Beer Temple in Amsterdam. Pours a white lemon juice (coconut milk) medium-low white foam. Nose: boiled rise with some hints of honey and apple. Mouth: good carbonation, apple mouthfeel with a touch of sourness (pretty hidden). Refreshing all-in-all, perfect after a workout. Fun mead!

Hazy greenish-grey. Floral honey nose, floral. Off-dry, light fruitiness. At this session strength it almost doesn't come across as a mead - at least not what I expect, so it's a matter of my expectation maybe?

On tap at Garden Path, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light rubber, fermented out honey, and a touch of oak. Flavour is very dry, with fermented out honey and light hay. The honey doesn't come through all that tastefully but it's drinkable. Okay.

Something I haven't had in years. Light honey aroma. Clear, almost water body. Light honey taste that became fuller as the mead warmed. Tart end of tongue finish.

Draft - Touch of apple, with the honey coming through as it warms. Pale cloudy gold. Dry light nd a touch of honey. Balanced and quite easy drinking.
