Cloudy orange with a fluffy head. Very yeasty and lots of banana, some clove, very grainy, bready, fruity, some coriander, even peppery, citrusy. Grainy bready sweetness, dry mild zesty bitterness. Medium bodied, oily creamy texture, soft carbonated, dry zesty grainy bready bittersweet finish. A very good Weißbier, very soft, complex, even Witbier-y. What a nice surprise.

Bottle sampled at Kwartje. Bit hazy light golden with white head. Banana, cloves, soft wheat, sweet grains, light yeast, grassy, sugary banana yeast wheat dough. Medium sweet and light bitter. Just medium bodied.
