Bottle shared. Clear pale greenish. Looks like white wine. Crisp sweet and soir pear, vanilla, a touch of funk, green pear, soft rannins, kiwi. Light seeet and bitter, a bit more sour. Crispedium bodied. Decent stuff.

Bottle pour, taster @Holm Cider, Copenhagen (Denmark). 04/05/2023. [#6.229 Global - #85 France - #1 Manoir de Grandouet (My French Brewery / Cidery #37)] New region. Yiiihaaa!. Pours clear pale golden with a lively white head. Aroma: pear, green apples skin and barnyard. Taste: mild sourish pears and earthy yeast. Funk. Next one please!

Slightly hazy pale yellow golden colour. Aroma of tart pears, a bit funky. Taste of mild sourish pears, apples, moderate carbonation, easy to drink.

Bottle pour at Holm, pours a mostly clear pale golden blonde with a large, rapidly-dissipating white head. Aroma is full of champagne-like effervescence, barnyard funk and oak. Flavour is bone dry, funky and crisp apple skins. Dry, funky and balanced, with great complexity. Excellent.

Bottled@PBF XII. Hazy yellow colour, minor head. Aroma is perries, some yeast, vanilla and mild funk. Flavour is pear, some wood, mild vanilla and a wee bit of yeasty spiciness to it.

Sampled at the source. 1st taster. Pale straw with active sparkles. Sweet and struppy pear juice with some crispy tart edges and a lovely load of tannins. Moderate sweet and bitter, light tart.
