Hapu, magus, sidrun, väike magusus, tamm, õrn hapukus, hapukus, suurepärane tasakaal. Väga hea.
Horse blanket, cheese, funky, oak, wood, Some earthy, tart, metallic, iron flavors, finish is a bit weird...

Bottle opens with a pop, but no gush. Nice hazy amber pour with a fine-grained off-white head. Beautiful funk aroma, with notes of horse blanket, citrus, mineral funk. The taste follows the same notes, with additional mouldy oak, stone fruit, soft 3F funk. Very well balanced, soft texture, beautiful stuff.

Bottle opened with a huge pop and a small gush. Clear golden orange with a white head. Aroma of deep cellar funk, cobwebs, mineral notes, oak, citrus, light apple and light malt. Flavor is light moderate sweet and moderate sour. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Clear darker golden, big fluffy and. Very lively! Very crisp and mineral funk here, woody, tannins, peach. Very crisp body with sparkly carbonation. A very nice blend.

Faktycznie troche czuc ten vintage lekka nutka serowa ktora bardzo lubie. Nie jest za kwasne na szczescie. I do tego tak fajnie cytrynowo. Fajna tez rownowaga miedzy dzikoscia, ta sianowata a owocowoscia... Takie 4.3+ dla mnie
