An amped up version of our Black Perle, it is more of everything: creamier, slightly sweeter, richer and more chocolate-y. It’s a richer beer but we suitably add more Hasbean coffee to compliment the roasted flavours of the darker malts used.

Riktigt trevlig.

Bottled:
Smells like a candy bar. Tastes like a roasted chocolate bar with hints of coffee. And just like a candy bar it becomes a little too sweet after a while.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Black, beige head. Aroma of freshly ground black pepper and chocolate sauce. Very sweet with full body and rounded, oily mouthfeel. Chocolate, toffee and molasses. Warming sticky finish. Sweet and heavy, lacking depth (like many modern imperial stouts)
