Pours clear golden and a huge, dense, rocky white head with long retention and lacing. Aroma's: typical Belgian blonde, malty, fruity, light herbs, grassy. Retronasal it's fruity, light sweet, grainish, herbal bitterish. Flavour is light moderate bitter, light sweet, fruity. Light bodied. High carbonation. Finish is herbs, a bit dry and bitter.
Unclear golden with small white head. Bitter and grainy, bit of dirty ditchwater and algae. Dry, thin with a herbal/vegetal note hinting of elderflower. A bit flat and thin bodied.
