El SKA es un género musical que se originó en la isla de Jamaica en los años 60. En la Inglaterra de los años 70 se produce una segunda oleada del ska, conocida como 2 tone, nombre del sello discográfico que apostó por este género.
Porter es un estilo de cerveza inglés del siglo XVIII. Se trata de una cerveza muy oscura debido al uso de maltas torrefactas. Galotia SKA lleva una buena dosis de café natural expreso cultivado en el Sureste de Gran Canaria, concretamente en Agüimes. Se trata del café Lupita, un café natural de la variedad arábica, cultivado artesanalmente y tostado natural suave.

Svart. Lavt tett mokkafarget skum. Litt lacing. God kaffearoma. Smaken røstet malt, lakris & sjokolade. Tørr avslutning. Kakao. Velkomponert.

33 cl can @ Las Palmas. Batch #2328, BBE 12/2024 Aroma has chocolate and coffee. Flavour has coffee, ash, some chocolate and minerals. A porter on the dry and ashy side. Good and pleasant.

Draught, taster. @Galotia Brewing, Vecindario (Spain). 10/10/2020. [#3.187 Global - #482 Spain - #5 Galotia Brewing] Dark brown colour with a medium tan head. Medium retention. Aroma is coffee beans, toffee and roasted malts. Taste is smooth toffee and dark chocolate leading to a long roasty finish. Long coffee aftertaste. Good carbonation. Next one please!

Bottle, at B2. A deep reddish brown beer with a dense finger thick light beige head. Roasted malts, chocolate, toffee notes and a really nice coffee touch. It's super smooth and nicely carbonated, full bodied and with a light sweetness. Roasted malts, toffee, cocoa and dark chocolate cake in the flavor. Some bitterness, just enough not too much. Long roasted malts finish. Quite delicious this one. 200105

MERRY CHRISTMAS Bottle bought from b2 burgerbar, playa del ingles. hazy brown, sall light brown head. Aoma like filled dark chocolate toffee, slightly spiced. i think the chocoloate and caramel drowns out the coffee, i can't really smell any. flavor is roasted malts, coffee bitterness, hops bitterness, chocolate, dark caramel, sweet nuts. decent porter, there is a bit of coffee in the flavor, overall it seems very refreshing and light. heavy carbonation for a porter.

33cl Bottle at B2 Burgerbar. Deep brown colour, light-beige head. Aroma of prunes, toffee, tobacco, hint of coffee, light nutty. Flavour is light fruity, prunes, coffee, toffee, hint of green pepper, nutty coffee bitter finish. Light bodied, high carbonation. Decent, but not very exciting.
