Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal frumento. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta ed è persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare opalescente e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è persistente ed insistita. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Al palato arrivano sentori di miele, frumento, agrumi, arancia e limone.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Gialla chiara, opalescente, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note di bergamotto, camomilla, coriandolo, scorza di limone. In bocca è dolce all'attacco con finale leggermente acidulo fresco. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Rinfrescante.

Tap at So Good in Rome. Cloudy yellow color, white foam not persistent. Classic aroma of coriander and spicy zest. Mouth: carbonation is quite soft (why?), very very thin and watery, decently tasty as a Blanche.
