Top-fermented beer in a perfect English style. We tried to be as faithful as possible to the original recipe while producing our Pablito infusion, and recreating the same features as the London water by adding the right amount of salt. The scent of chocolate, coffee and toasted hazelnut which stand out, yet are perfectly balanced by the hops used in generous doses. The foam is persistent and cafe au lait color. The body is thick, but very smooth, while the taste amazes immediately with a sharp chocolate followed by hints of hazelnut and licorice, leaving the final feeling silky typical oats.
