Birra liberamente ispirata allo stile Saison del quale riprende la secchezza, l’acidità rinfrescante la leggera speziatura donata dal lievito impiegato e da una piccola percentuale di malto di segale.

Il corpo leggero e il finale secco, concludendo in un sapiente amaro, permettono di berne in quantità.

Draught @ OAK Wine and Craft Beer, Naples. Pours hazy lightish amber with stable white head. Clear aroma of saison yeast, citrus and malt. Bitter flavour of hops and citrus, with grassy and estery notes and mild touches of malt. Citric and bitter aftertaste with nores of yeast, ending on a mildly funky note. Okay, quite decent, just not really illuminating.

33cl Bottle, thanks Harmen. Hazy golden colour, creamy white head. Aroma of spicy yeast, farmhouse, medium sweet, light fruity, straw. Flavour is dry, light lemon, herbal, light spicy, straw, dry resinous and herbal bitter finish. Light bodied. Tasty.
