Aroma: Malt, nuts and sour berries. Flavour: Roasted malt and nuts with sour fruits and a malty finish. Colour: Dark reddish brown with an offwhite head. From: Bottle @ HiperDino Fañabé Tenerife Jul. 2018.

33cl Bottle bought in Nerja. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma is very yeasty, Belgian Tripel-like, cooked apples, fruity esters, not too bad for Cerex. Flavour is medium sweet, sugary, sugary sourness, yeasty, some rubber and plastic, fruity, fruity sourness, bittersweet finish. Medium bodied, firm carbonation. First Cerex that doesn’t totally suck. Still not great though.
