Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8
On tap at Uiltje Taproom. Dark brown colour, beige head. Aroma of varnish, alcohol, raisins, roasted malts, lots of wood, malts. Flavour is sweet, raisins, wood, hint of sourness, malts, some roast, quite sweet, boozy, light bitter finish. Medium to full bodied. Nice. Not sure how much this differs from the first barrel blend (same ABV) though. Can’t really classify this either, tastes more like a BW or BSA.
