Colour is rather deep golden than the regular brown of a Dunkelweizen, hazy. It might be even lighter coloured than Schneider Weisse, but they presented it as a Dunkelweizen so there you go. Off white head with little retention. Aroma's of banana, fruity wheat and a little clove. Additionally some sweetness retronasal. Flavour is light sweet with a touch of fruity sour. Light bodied, but not thin. Short finish. Nice attempt.
